Also called a sales-purchase promise or pre-contract, it is a document drawn up by a notary in an authentic form, in which the owner of a real estate property undertakes to sell it to another person in the future.
Required documents:
1) ID documents of the parties involved
2) Marriage certificates
3) Property documents - sale-purchase contract, handover-receiving minutes, court decision, title deed, inheritance certificate, etc.
4) Cadastral sketch (survey) and registration certificate.
5) Land book extract for information - will be obtained by the notary office.
